The Forest Multiple: Steffen Dalsgaard and Priscila Santos da Costa

In this episode, recorded at The Forest Multiple symposium which took place in October 2022, we hear a panel talk by Professor Steffen Dalsgaard, Professor in Anthropology of Digital Technology at the IT-University of Copenhagen, based on his research with Dr Priscila Santos da Costa, Assistant Professor at the IT-University of Copenhagen (who contributed to the symposium remotely). Steffen and Priscila's paper, "Carbon Value and the Salvaging of the Amazon," discusses the political and cultural dynamics of carbon value, drawing comparisons between Steffen and Priscila's existing work in Papua New Guinea and emerging work in the Amazon.
